Traditionally, Wagner’s Ring Cycle unfolds over four days, making it a commitment for even the most devoted opera lovers. Now, thanks to the visionary work of Dr. David Kram AM,
audiences can experience the drama, passion, and spectacle in just one evening. Brunnhailde
condenses the story into a dynamic and accessible format, making opera more inviting for both seasoned fans and newcomers alike.

Challenge :
Reimagining opera in a contemporary context breaking the convention of orchestral accompaniment to static staging.

We reversed the creative hierarchy: visual storytelling became the core, with a saxophone and piano ensemble weaving Wagnerian motifs in real time. Creating appeal for younger audiences who have previously underestimated the power of opera.
